Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and able to agree to these terms. If you are not yet the age of majority where you live, use teamquarters with the knowledge and permission of a parent, guardian, coach, or other responsible adult.

Accounts and teams

• Provide accurate account information and protect your password.
• Use only accounts and invitations that belong to you.
• Coaches are responsible for invitations, roles, team ownership, and appropriate team use.
• Tell us promptly if you believe an account or team has been accessed without permission.

Acceptable use

Do not use teamquarters to harass others, impersonate someone, break the law, distribute malware, expose confidential or sensitive information, interfere with the service, bypass access controls, scrape accounts, or upload content you do not have permission to use.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you submit. You give teamquarters permission to host, copy, process, and display it only as needed to operate and secure the service. You are responsible for having permission to submit that content and for choosing what teammates can access.

FTC information

FTC event data and reminders may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. Always confirm deadlines, rules, and event information through official FIRST and event sources. FIRST®, FIRST® Tech Challenge, and FTC® are registered trademarks of FIRST®. teamquarters is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by FIRST.

Free service and availability

teamquarters is currently provided without a paid tier. Features may change, pause, or be discontinued. The service is provided “as is” without guarantees that it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Leaving, deletion, and enforcement

You may leave a team or request account deletion. Team owners must transfer ownership or delete their team as directed in the app. We may restrict accounts or remove content when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, or enforce these terms.

Changes and contact

Material changes will be presented through the service or by email when appropriate. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
